and lead implementation of the SOX strategic plan, and establishes the
strategic direction for the strategic SOX guidance to cross-functional Company
leaders and management teams. Leads and works closely with the internal audit
and finance departments, managers and executives. Manages positive and
collaborative relationships between all company personnel affected by SOX
requirements. Leads continuous process improvement of the SOX methodologies,
templates, instructions and documentation. Maintains a strong understanding of
SOX legislation. Leads the maintenance and continual improvement of the company
SOX controls framework. This includes annual and ongoing reviews of the
controls and testing approaches, a change management process, and approval of
all changes requested to the framework. Monitor and respond to all SOX matters
identified in internal and external audit reports, ensuring all applicable SOX
matters are properly and timely addressed. QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate
Accounting Degree, CPA required Masters in finance or accounting degree, or MBA
preferred. Twelve (12) years plus related business, accounting and finance
experience, including internal audit/and or public accounting background
